Terms and Returns Policy
We offer a 20 day - "Love it, Like it or Return it" Policy, because we understand you may want to return something you ordered. You may return items within 20 days of delivery for a full refund; otherwise, our sales are final. All we ask is that you let us know why you aren't happy with it, so we can do a better job next time.
You should expect to receive your refund within 5 to 10 business days, after contacting us about the return, which takes into account the time needed for your bank to process our refund.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return the item.
We can ship to almost every state, in the U.S., all except UT, KY, AR & MS. Since we are just starting out, we’ll pay for the shipping cost. It's our way of saying thanks.
In most of Los Angeles County and in Orange County, we are using a courier to deliver your orders. So, you can have your wine delivered to work or your home; like all alcohol shipments, someone over 21 needs to sign for the delivery. Having wine delivered to work is awesome, because it's like flowers, but it's wine, so your coworkers will get even more jealous.
When you place an order, please provide an email address, so we can keep you informed of the progress of your order.
We currently collect sales tax on sales to customers in several states, including AZ, CA, LA, NH, NM, NV, NY & WY. Due to changes to each state's sales tax rules, please understand, even if we do not collect sales tax, your purchase might still be taxable to you. We will eventually need to collect sales tax, in every state that requires it, when we meet the requirements of each state.
